GIRLS'DAY AT BBC CELLPACK ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS

BBC Cellpack always looks forward to this day of the year in particular - the girls' future day "Girls' Day".

This year, it finally took place again in person at our Tiengen site. As much as the digital events were a complete success for the last two years, we enjoy having the young female talent visit. It makes the day even more exciting, the experiments more fascinating, and the conversations more captivating!

Girls'Day offers young girls from fifth grade onwards insight into various technical professions. For several years now, BBC Cellpack has taken the opportunity to introduce the next generation of women to our job profiles.

This year, we once again prepared a special day for our youngest experts. Under the motto "Girls' Day at BBC Cellpack - A Day as Field Application Manager", the girls were not only introduced to BBC Cellpack as a company and the theoretical basics of our products. The production tour by our Head of Automation Technology and Heat Shrinkable Tube Production Christian Kunkelmann also drew the girls' interest. Together with Michel Jeandaux from the Materials Lab, they then conducted various experiments with our cast resins. This made for big eyes! After lunch together, the youngest "Field Application Managers", under the observation of Matthias Szczygielski from the High-Voltage Lab, were able to independently install an M-Euroline cast resin joint and fill it with BBC Cellpack cast resin. We were able to really heat things up with the installation of a heat shrink joint at the end of the product training. Through experiments and product training, we are thus enabling the participants to gain first experience towards a possible future in crafts.

Thanks to all the participants! We are looking forward to next year!
