And it continues with an installation video short and concise with our 1-core straight-through joint CAMSV-C.
Straight through joints consist of different components. In case of the “cold” (without external heating) applied joint CAMSV are 4 components remarkable: For the “current flow” and connection of cross sections starting from 95mm² up to 300mm² regardless the conductor material aluminum or copper is the mechanical connector CSV-T 95-300 used. The isolation to withstand the applied voltage is made by an own produced silicone joint body, new without field control elements. The connection of the screen is built classical with a copper meshed tube and constant force springs. At last the outer protection is performed with a cold shrink EPDM tube and some sealing tapes.
